The Thermomat has been specially designed for "cook and hold". Inside the Thermomat, food can be kept warm at exactly the right temperature, further cooked or cooked to a finished using the low-temperature method. The set temperature is kept within a tolerance of up to +/- 1°C. Any fluctuations caused by frequently opened doors are compensated very quickly thanks to the precise electronic thermostat control system and the very finely distributed heating wires. The Thermomat means you remain flexible when preparing the food and can still serve all the food on time. The unit is made of stainless steel, is easy to transport and can also be stacked. The good insulation properties mean that it uses energy efficiently.
