Our quality assurance department is ideally placed to cope with any situation thanks to our own operating equipment and facility construction department and the continuous quality testing of all products during the production process.

 
Consistent documentation
Depending on requirements, we record up to 100% of all data and results from the construction process, through the incoming goods inspection up to and including delivery. Of course, Rieber is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

 
Better safe than sorry: Inclusion of inspection equipment
Often, special testing equipment is necessary to satisfy standards or specifications. For example to examine the exact size or tightness of individual products. We integrate this equipment into the production process and quality assurance procedure.

 
For a perfect finish: Our surface treatment
We meet hygienic specifications by means of intensive cleaning of the parts in our continuous rinsing machines. Visual specifications are met by means of surface treatment processes such as e.g. glass pearl blasting, (electro) polishing, brushing, grinding or etching.

 
Well packed: Ensuring your products make a good impression
Purpose-designed product packaging such as e.g. recycling systems also forms a part of our project planning and quality assurance systems. We accommodate individual customer specifications to ensure a smooth transition into your own production systems or sales outlets.
